Academic
preparation:
Chief Manager (Minas) -- B.E / B. Mining Technology
or equivalent. Certificate of Competency (U / R) of the Administrator of Mines
of first-class according to MMR 1961 of DGMS.
Senior Manager (Systems) -- B.E / B. Technology in
Computing / Computing / Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunications
(E&T) or MCA / M. Sc (Computing) or equivalent. A certified SAP consultant
will be preferred.
Chief Manager (Systems) -- B.E / B. Information
Technology / IT / Electronics / Electronics and Telecommunications (E&T) or
MCA / M.Sc. (Computing) or equivalent. A certified SAP consultant will be
preferred.
Senior Manager (Personnel) -- P.G. Degree in Social
Work with specialization in Labor Welfare, Personnel Management, and Industrial
Relations or P.G. Title / Diploma (2 years) in IRPM / Master in Labor Studies
of the recognized University / Institute or MBA with specialization in
Personnel Management / HR / HRD. Preference will be given to the Law Degree.
Senior Manager (F&A) -- CA / ICWA / CMA with 07
years of post-qualification experience.
Chief Manager (F&A) -- CA / ICWA / CMA with 10
years of post-qualification experience.
Electrical Supervisor -- Diploma in Electrical
Engineering. Possess a valid Certificate of Competence of Electric Supervisor,
covering the mining facility issued under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 29
of the Regulation of the Central Electricity Authority, 2010.
Selection
process: Written test / Interview. Only shortlisted candidates
will be notified for the selection tests.
