PM. The candidate must present a recent photograph of the passport size,
certified copies of the following certificate as proof of date of birth,
qualification, experience, relaxation of age for the reserved category and
persons with disabilities along with the copy of the online application form
covered sealed overwritten as "POST" REQUESTED - Advt. No. 104/2019
