SSC CHSL 2019 Apply online - Recruitment of SSC 10 + 2 (more than 5,000 vacancies)
The Personnel Selection Commission (SSC) of the Government
of India will take the Combined Higher Secondary Level Examination (CHSL 10 +
2), 2019 scheduled for July 1 to July 26, 2019. The SSC CHSL 2019 exam for the
Recruitment posts for Postal Assistants / Classification Assistants, Data Entry
Operators (DEO) and Secretaries of the Lower Division (LDC) / Junior
Secretariat Assistant (JSA) in different Ministries / Departments / Offices of
the Government of India. Online registration for the SSC CHSL 10 + 2 2019 exam
will be open from March 5, 2019 and will close on April 5, 2019.

Age limit: 18 to 27 years as of 01.08.2019 (Candidates born
not before 02-08-1992 and before 01-08-2001). Relaxation of upper age limit -
05 years for SC / ST. 03 years for OBC, plus 10 years for PWD, for others
according to Govt. Rules.
Minimum Educational Qualification (as on 01/08/2019):

Selection process: the exam will consist of a computer
written exam (Level I), a descriptive document (Level II) and a skill test /
skill test (Level III) for the position of Data Entry Operator, Postal
Assistant and Assistant classification (PA / SA) and lower division dependent.

Level II (descriptive role): the level II paper will be a
descriptive document of 100 marks in "Pen and paper mode". The
duration of the document would be one hour (candidates will also be provided 20
minutes of compensatory time). This document has been introduced to assess
candidates' writing skills, which is necessary in government jobs. The document
would include the writing of a 200-250 word essay and a letter / application of
approximately 150-200 words. The minimum qualification ratings in Level II
would be 33 percent. Performance in Level II would be included for the preparation
of merit. The document must be written in Hindi or English. The paper of the
part written in Hindi and the part in English will not be evaluated.
Level III Exam: Level III of the Examination would be the
Skill Test / Typing Test that would be of a qualified nature. Skill test /
Writing test would be in accordance with the provisions. The final merit of the
selected candidates would be determined on the basis of the total score
obtained by them in Level I and Level II.
Test of skill for the operator of data entry: (1) Data
entry speed of 8,000 (eight thousand) Key depressions per hour on the computer.
(2) For the position of Data Entry Operator in the Office of the Comptroller
and Auditor General of India (C & AG): - A speed test of not less than 15,000
key depressions per hour for data entry work It will be done through the speed
test on the computer.
Application fee: Candidates who belong to OBC and UR
(General) Candidates must pay an application fee of Rs 100 / -. The Fee paid
with respect to the online application through SBI Chelan / Net banking and any
credit and debit card will be accepted. Payment of the application fee is
exempt for all candidates and candidates belonging to SC, ST, physically
disabled and ex-military eligible for the reserve, according to government
orders.
How to apply: eligible Indian citizens should be sent only
in the online application mode. Online registration through the SSC online
portal, the deadline for online registration is 05/04/2019 until 5:00 PM.
