The UPSC IES ISS exam notification of the year 2019
was published on March 20, 2019 by the the Union public Service Commission UPSC (UPSC). UPSC invites online applications from eligible Indian citizens for
admission to the Indian Economic Service Examination (IES) / Indian Statistics
Service (ISS) (ISS 2019 IES Exam).
The the Union public Service Commission UPSC will
conduct a combined competitive examination for the recruitment to the Junior
Time Scale of the Services as of June 28, 2019. The latest date for the
submission of online applications of UPSC IES ISS 2019 is on April 16, 2019.

Age limit: 21 to 30 years as of August 1, 2019. That
is, you must have been born not before August 2, 1989 and not later than August
1, 1998. The relaxation of higher age according to the Government rules.
Minimum educational qualifications:
Indian Economic Service (IES) - Postgraduate in
Economics / Applied Economics / Business Economics / Econometrics of a
university incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature of India
or other Educational Institutes established by an Act of Parliament or declared
to to be considered as a University according to Section 3 of the Law of the
Commission of Grants of the University of 1956 or a Foreign University approved
by the Central Government from time to time.
Indian Statistical Service (ISS) - Bachelor's
Degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics / Applied Statistics as one of
the subjects or Master's Degree in Statistics / Mathematical Statistics /
Applied Statistics from a University incorporated by a Law of the Central or
State Legislature of India or others Educational Institutes established by a
Law of the Parliament or declared to be considered as a University according to
Section 3 of the Law of the Commission of Subsidies of the University, 1956 or
a Foreign University approved by the Central Government from time to time.
Selection process: UPSC will conduct a combined
competitive examination for the Junior Time Scale service recruitment as of
June 28, 2019.

Examination centers: Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Allahabad,
Jammu, Bangalore, Kolkata, Bhopal, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Chennai, Patna,
Cuttak, Shillong, Delhi, Shimla, Dispur, Thiruvananthapuram and Hyderabad.
Application fee: the fee must be made by depositing
the money in any branch of the State Bank of India (SBI) in cash, or through
the SBI net banking facility or through Visa / Master Credit / Debit Card. No
charge for women / SC / ST / PH candidates.

How to Apply: Eligible candidates are encouraged to
submit their application online through the UPSC Online Portal. The closing
date for online applications is 04/16/2019 until 6:00 PM. Candidates are asked
to complete and send Part I and Part II of their application forms online
before the closing date of the application. Once the candidate successfully
submits Part 1 and Part II of their online applications, they will receive an
automatically generated email about the successful submission of their online
application forms. Applicants are advised to submit only one application.
Online applications can be withdrawn from 23.04.2019 to 30.04.2019 until 6.00
