qualification: - Graduation from a recognized university as applicable to
the Assistant Commander (Direct Income). Note: Eligibility for AC /. (GD)
through LDCE will be according to the RR of the respective Forces.
2. Payment:

General instructions
(i) The application must be completed by the
candidate with his own letter. Corrections, if any, must be legible and
certified by the candidate.
(ii) Before completing the application form, the

How
to apply
(i) General Directorate. Of all the CAIPFs, the
announcement, the SOPs and their instructions related to the Formations of
their fields will be distributed to obtain the applications of the eligible
applicants.
(ii) Eligible candidates will be applied through the
appropriate channel. The application received from the eligible candidates will
be entered serially in a register in the chronological order of reception by
the respective CAPFs. The selection of applications will be carried out by a
Board of Officials of the Directorate of CAPFs involved meticulously according
to the conditions of eligibility. Applications will be supported by proof of
the Date of Birth, Educational Qualifications, Caste / Tribal Certificate
issued by the Competent Authorities, Certificate of Service of. complete four
years of clean service after verification of service records, APARs and surveillance/discipline clearance certificate / SHAPE-I Medical category. Applications
received after the due date fixed for receipt or those that are incomplete in
any way will be rejected by the respective CAPF, and duly record the reasons
for rejection in the register with the name of the applicant. There will be no
direct correspondence of the candidates in this regard with the Nodal Agency.
(iii) Candidates of all CAPFs will be applied in the
prescribed format attached as Appendix-'B 'with this Notification and their
applications duly completed in time with respect to their General Management.
Accordingly, the corresponding General Directorate of all the CAPFs will
collect the applications of the eligible candidates and volunteers of their The organization, consolidate them and constitute a Board of Officers to examine
the applications according to the checklist (Appendix A) and send the list of
eligible candidates only in paper and paper copies along with their Admission
Cards (Appendix-C) to the Commander (Recruitment), General Directorate, ITBP,
Block No. 4, CGO Complex, Lodi Road, New Delhi110003 on August 26, 2019, or
before. - Recruitment dossier, which contains all the documents that include

(iv) Applications received after 08108/2019 will not
be considered under any circumstances.
(v) Candidates must send the following documents
with their application to their respective General Directorate: - (a) Admission
card duly completed and signed by the candidate with a pasted photograph duly
printed on A4 paper. (b) Two identical copies of the size of the recent
passport (approximately 5 cm x 7 cm) photographs of the candidate in uniform,
one on the application form and the other on the admission card in the space
provided, duly signed by the candidate according to the instructions. (c) Two
envelopes with their own address of 11.5 Cms.X27.5 Cms. Size set with R. 25 / -
postage stamp. (d) Certified copy of the registration or equivalent certificate
as proof of age. (e) Authenticated certified copy of the academic degree
certificates. (f) Authenticated copy of the caste certificate in
case of SC / ST candidates. (g) Service certificate/surveillance authorization
according to the specimen included in the application (Appendix-D). (h)
Certified copy of the SHAPE-I medical category certificate.
(vi) Applications that are not on the prescribed
form or that are not accompanied by specified enclosures or incomplete or
defective applications will be summarily rejected.
No representation or correspondence regarding said
rejection will be entertained under any circumstances.
(vii) Candidates are not required to submit any
original certificates to support their claims regarding educational
qualifications and other relevant certificates and will only submit true
authenticated and certified copies as mentioned in paragraph 13 (v) with their
application. If in the verification, at a later stage, it is found that any
candidate does not meet any of the eligibility conditions; Your candidacy will
be responsible for your rejection.
(viii) The applications of. Eligible candidates
received through the appropriate channel will receive the List Numbers assigned
by the Nodal Agency, ie, DIG (Est. & Rectt), General Management, ITBP,

(ix) The Nodal Agency will issue to each eligible
candidate the admission card for the written examination that indicates the

consultation.
(x) Any change/notice in the recruitment process

(XI) The date and time of the written examination,
