qualification and experience:
(1) MBA (Finance) or equivalent / Public Accountant.
(2) FRM and/or CFA certification is preferred.
(3) Minimum experience of 15 years after

Outside the minimum experience of 5 years in ALM with banks / financial
institutions / regulatory bodies, etc. with a significantly large balance size
