Limited (BHEL) invites applications of bright and dynamic young graduates for
the recruitment of apprentices of engineers and executive apprentices in human
resources and financial disciplines. The online registration of the application
will be open from April 16, 2019, and will close on May 6, 2019.

Upper age limit: maximum
of 29 years as of April 1, 2019. The upper age limit is flexible for candidates
who belong to SC / ST (for 05 years) and OBC (NCL) (for 03 years).
Emoluments and salary
scale: during 1 year of training, the basic salary of Rs 50,000 /
- per month, after successfully completing the training, apprentices
will be absorbed as engineers / executives in the payment scale of Rs 60,000 - 1,80,000 / - with a basic payment of Rs 60,000 / -
Educational
qualification:
Executive Scholar
(Engineering Disciplines) -- Full-time Engineering Graduate (B.E. / B.Tech) OR
05 years Master or dual degree program integrated into mechanical/electrical/
civil/chemical discipline.
Executive in practice
(HR) -- (1) Full-time regular degree with at least 50% points in total throughout
the year. (2) 02 years of full-time Postgraduate or Diploma in Human Resources
Management / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations / Social Work /
Business Administration with a specialization in Personnel Management or Labor
Welfare or Human Resources Management with a minimum of 50% of qualification in
all semester years
Executive apprentice
(Finance) -- Regular full-time degree with certified Accountants or Costs and
Works.

- + GST for candidates in the General / EWS and OBC categories. Only
processing fee Rs 300 / - for Reserved (SC / ST), PWD and EXSM candidates.
Selection process:
computer-based exam and interview.
