Marketing Division, North Region, New Delhi, has issued a recruitment notice
for hiring technical and non-technical trainees of commerce and technicians
under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The following positions of apprentices will be
covered in IOCL North India states
and territories of the Union: Chandigarh, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and
Kashmir, New Delhi, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh.

Age
limit: minimum 18 years and maximum 24 years to July 31,
2019. The relaxation of the superior age 05 years for SC / ST and 03 years for
OBC.
Academic
preparation:
For trade apprentices - Matric Pass (class 10) with
02 years of ITI in trade/course in question.
For technician apprentices - 03 years Diploma in
engineering discipline required relevant/relevant.
Trainee of Commerce (Accountant) -> Bachelor
(Graduate) in any discipline with a minimum of 50% of qualifications for
General, OBC and 45% of qualifications for candidates of category SC, ST and
PwBD.
Selection
process: written test. The written test will consist of 100
questions and will last 90 minutes and will consist mainly of multiple-choice
objective type (MCQ)
questions. The
questions would be in bilingual, that is, English and Hindi. The tentative date
of the written test is August 18, 2019.
How
to apply:
(1) Candidates are advised to register as online
commerce trainees at the Regional Apprenticeship Training Directorate (RDAT) Or
as online technician trainees at the Apprenticeship Training Board (BOAT).
(2) The candidate for trade learning (optional
trade) must register with NSDC.
(3) All eligible candidates must submit their
application online through the IOCL
recruitment portal as of July 18, 2019. The
