requires young, dynamic and energetic professionals as management apprentices
(HR and marketing) through the UGC-NET exam of June 2019. The online
registration of Vizag Steel MT UGC NET 2019 will start on July 20, 2019 and
will close on August 9, 2019.

Age limit: 27 years for general as of 03/01/2019
(Born not before 01/03/1992). The upper age limit can be relaxed by 5 years for
SC / ST, 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) and 10 years for candidates with
PWD.
Payment scale: selected candidates will be offered a
basic payment of Rs 20,600 / -p.m. on the payment scale of Rs 20,600-3% -46,500
(Pre-Revised). Upon successful completion of the training, they can be placed
on the payment scale of Rs 24,900-3% -50,500 / - (Pre-revised)
Academic preparation:
Management Trainer (HR) The candidate must have a
60% of total qualifications of all years / semesters and all subjects (50% in
total for SC / ST / PwD) in bachelor's degree (full time) also in MBA / PG
Degree / PG Diploma (full-time course of a minimum of 2 years) in Human
Resources Management / Personnel Management and Industrial Relations / Labor
Welfare / Social Work (with HR as the main theme) of a recognized University /
Institute.
Management intern (Marketing) The candidate must
have a 60% of total qualifications of all years / semesters and all subjects
(50% in total for SC / ST / PwD) in bachelor's degree (full time) also in MBA /
PG Degree / PG Diploma (full-time course of at least 2 years) in Marketing
Management from a recognized university / institute.

Selection process: Eligible candidates who wish to
apply for the position of MT (HR) and MT (Mktg) in RINL must apply for the
UGC-NET exam in July 2018. Candidates pre-selected based on their performance
in the UGC- exam Net of July 2018 will be convened for a personal interview.
Application fee: Rs 500 / - (plus GST @ 18%) for
General and OBC candidates; Rs 100 / - (plus GST @ 18%) for candidates in the
SC / ST / PwD category. The fee will be sent to RINL through the payment
gateway.
How to submit the application: Eligible and
interested candidates would be requested to UGC-NET-June 2019 no later than
March 30, 2019. Candidates must also register online for RINL only through the
web site of RINL from 07/20/2019 to 09/08 / 2019.
