- Licensed in any discipline.
Pharmacist -
Regular Diploma in Pharmacy and must be registered in the State Medical Council
with 01 year of experience on the line in a reputable hospital after the
Diploma.

a non-refundable fee of Rs 200 / - plus bank charges must be paid by candidates
in the General and OBC category. No charge for candidates in the category SC /
ST / PwBD / ExSM
