IAF AFCAT Indian Air Force| Indian Air Force (IAF) offers an excellent career
opportunity for engineers and other graduates for the recruitment exam of the
Air Force Common Admission Test online (AFCAT - 02/2019) in the air and land
services branches ( technical and non-technical) / NCC Special Entry / Entry to
meteorology. The Indian Air Force AFCAT 2019 Notification and the online registration were
opened as of June 1, 2019 and will close on June 30, 2019. Eligible eligible
Indian men and women are enrolled online for the Indian Air Force Group A Officers in flight
and ground service (technical and non-technical) branches.

Educational Qualifications:
AFCAT entry (branch of flight) - Graduation with
a minimum grade of three years in any discipline with a minimum of 60% of
grades (O) B.E. / B.Tech Degree with a minimum of 60% of marks (OR) Candidates
who have passed the exams of Section A and B of Associated Membership of the
Engineering Institution (India) or the Aeronautical Society of India with a
minimum of 60 % of qualifications or equivalent.
Admission to the AFCAT (Terrestrial Service
Technical Branch) - 10 + 2 Physics and Mathematics with 4 years of
Bachelor's or Postgraduate in Engineering / Technology.
Admission to the AFCAT (Non-technical ground service
branches) - Administration and logistics - Bachelor in any discipline,
Accounts - Bachelor, Bachelor of Education, MBA / MCA or MA / M.Sc. Degree
NCC Special Entry (Flying Branch) - 10 + 2
Physics and mathematics with graduates with a minimum of three years in any
discipline with a minimum of 60% of grades or equivalent OR B.E. / B.Technology
degree with a minimum of 60% of grades or equivalent. Meteorology -
Postgraduate in any flow of science.
Meteorology - Postgraduate in any science class
/ Mathematics / Statistics / Geography / Computer applications / Environmental
science / Applied physics / Oceanography / Meteorology / Agricultural meteorology
/ Ecology and environment / Geo-physics / Environmental biology with a minimum
of 50% aggregate grades of all work together (provided that Mathematics and
Physics were studied at the undergraduate level with a minimum of 55% grades in
each).
Exam fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs 250 / - for
AFCAT entry can be paid online. Not applicable for NCC Special Entry and
Meteorology.
Selection process: online exam. The AFACT 2019 exam
scheduled for February 16, 2019 (Saturday) or February 17, 2019 (Sunday).
