Academic preparation:
General Director (Plant) -* 1st class Degree in
Chemical Engineering. Minimum experience of 25 years.
General Manager (Marketing and Distribution) -* 1st
class Degree in Agriculture + Full-time MBA in Marketing. Minimum experience of
25 years.
Secretary of the company -* Member of the Institute
of Secretaries of the Company of India. Officers must have a total experience
of 15 years with post-qualification experience of five years as the Company's
Secretary.
Security officer -* 1st degree in any branch of
engineering or technology with a diploma in industrial safety. Minimum
experience of 05 years.
Welfare Officer -* First class degree in Labor
Management or Postgraduate in Social Work or Social Welfare. Minimum experience
of 05 years.
Manager (Electrical) -* 1st class BE / B.Tech Degree
in Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Minimum 15
years of post-qualification experience.
Manager (Instrumentation) -* First Class B.E. /
B.Tech Degree in Instrumentation Engineering / Electronics and Instrumentation
/ Instrumentation and Control / Electronics and Communication / Electrical and
Electronics. Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience.
Deputy Manager (Civil) -* First Class B.E /
B.Technology Degree in Civil. Minimum of 9 years of post-qualification
experience.
Deputy Director (Liaison Officer) -* Bachelor's
degree in personal management or first class public administration with MBA
(full time). Minimum experience of 09 years.
Junior Medical Assistant -* Diploma in Nursing. They
must have their names registered in the State Board of Nursing.
Junior Firefighter -* SSLC (Registration). You must
have completed the NFSC Fire Certificate Course, Nagpur / State / Central
Government Fire Institute Institute. The duration of the course will not be
less than six months.
Selection process: Written test only for the
positions of Junior Medical Assistants and Junior Firemen; In the case of
Fireman, Skill Test must be performed. For all other publications, an interview
will be conducted.
Application fee: Rs 1000 / - for general managers,
Rs 250 / - for junior medical assistant and Junior Fireman, Rs 500 / - for all
other positions. There is no fee for SC / ST, PWD and ex-service candidates.
